Ambassadori Island Batumi is a transformative development project situated along the Black Sea coast in Batumi, Georgia. This ambitious initiative encompasses the creation of two artificial peninsulas and an island, aiming to redefine the region's landscape and bolster its appeal as a premier destination for tourism and investment. ​

Project Highlights:

• Sustainable Urban Planning: The development emphasizes eco-friendly transportation, energy-efficient buildings, and green spaces that support local biodiversity, aligning with modern principles of sustainable development.


• Diverse Infrastructure: The project plans to feature public beaches, water parks, a seaside boulevard, a yacht club, shopping centers, educational institutions, hotels, and residential buildings. ​


• Innovative Design: Collaborations with international firms, such as the British company ARUP, are underway to develop iconic architectural concepts for the buildings within the project area. ​

The first skyscraper within Ambassadori Island Batumi is a 58-story tower offering studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments. Designed with a blend of modern architectural trends and local visual motifs, this skyscraper provides residents with distinctive views and interiors. It also includes modern workspaces, residential and commercial services, a rooftop helipad, high-quality restaurants, relaxation zones, and wellness facilities. ​
